Role:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for implementing our clients Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, and cultivating leads and sales. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with demonstrated experience and a passion for content strategy and community outreach. This individual will curate compelling content to drive existing and new customers to our various client channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple Social Media marketing campaigns, and identifying risks, obstacles, and opportunities to present to inside teams
  • Curating relevant content
  • Conducting online advocacy and opening stream for cross-promotions
  • Developing and expanding marketing outreach efforts and engaging clients
  • Demonstrating ability to map out and execute proactive marketing strategies
  • Monitoring trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategies
  • Analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Confidence in managing concurrent projects in a fast-faced, dynamic work environment
  • Team player with good judgment, high energy, ability to think creatively, and a documented history of immersion in Social Media
  • Proficiency in content marketing and application with experience sourcing and managing content development in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, and ability to effectively present information and ideas to inside teams as well as end consumers
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms to reach target audiences, and ability to switch between creative marketing and analyzing data
  • Adobe Creative Suite Applications Experience a plus

We are looking for someone with these qualities:

  • Strong public relations skills
  • A good working knowledge of CMS, preferably WordPress
  • Strong research and communication skills, including writing for the web
  • Well-organised and flexible in your approach to your work;
  • Able to work to deadlines and cope with periodic increases in workload;
  • A team player;
  • Good customer service skills;
